How does the Pockies Famliy Membershop works?
When you become a Pockie Family Member, each 1th of the month a fresh pair of the newest Pockie boxer will be shipped to you. Within 1-3 working days you will receive the latest Pockie on your doormat. Way before it becomes available in our own webshop. Off course, you will profit from the following benefits:

What are the steps?
It is just as easy as the following steps:
1) Add the subscription to your cart
2) Authorise your bank account by paying €0.01 with your favourite payment method
3) Wait till your fresh underwear drops on your doormat
4) Enjoy the world’s best boxershort
When are new designs released?
The new exclusively designs are shipped each 1th of the month. In this way you’ll get the newest Pockies long before every one else.

How should I wash my Pockies?
Wash to a temperature of 40 °C in a normal washing cycle
No hot ironing, i.e. up to 110 °C and preferably without steam
The garment may not be treated with bleach, that is, it should only be washed with detergents for the colored and fine wax
Not in the tumble dryer
Can I customise Pockies?
Want your own Pockies with a custom design of your company logo and colors? Orders starting at 100 units.

How do I contact the Pockies fam?
 You can contact us by Whatsapp, Phone, Email or Facebook messenger.

How do I enter a promo code or store credit?
You can enter a promo code in your cart or on the checkout page in the coupon box and subsequently by clicking on the “Apply Coupon” button.
If you have received store credit, this will be automatically applied to your account.
What is my order status?
When our warehouse has shipped your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Besides, you can always check the status of your order in your account page.

Returns

Wht is your return policy?
All sales on boxes are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any items received as part of the monthly subscription box. All products in the box are sold “as is” but we ensure that they will be at the quality for intended use.
You cannot return underwear boxes which are not sealed can’t be returned because for hygienic reasons. Cost for return shipments shall be borne by you.
You can always return a product when it is damaged, provided you do so within 14 days of receipt (the “withdrawal Period”) . To return products, you can fill out the return-form, or send an email to support@pockies.com. Upon confirmation by us, you must send the product back within 14 days. We will fully refund the purchase price within 14 days after having received your returned product.

Your Account & Orders

How to log into my account?
Loging in to your account is as easy as opening the website and navigate to the menu. In the upper right of the main menu there is a navigation menu to your own account. Insert your own credentials and you’ll be redirected to your dashboard and information.
How can I cancel the Pockies Family Membership?

If you would like to skip a month of the Pockies Family Membership, you can change this into your Pockies Family Account. In the same way you can cancel your whole Pockies Family Membership.
Subscriptions can be cancelled a minimum of 2 weeks prior to billing date by cancelling your subscription in your account dashboard or by notifying Pockies via email at support@pockies.com. Cancellations after this time frame will still be billed for the subsequent month and the box will still be sent.

Can I skip or freeze my membership?
If you would like to skip a month of the Pockies Family Membership, you can change this into your Pockies Family Account.
Subscriptions can be freezed or cancelled a minimum of 2 weeks prior to billing date by pausing or cancelling your subscription in your account dashboard or by notifying Pockies via email at support@pockies.com. Cancellations after this time frame will still be billed for the subsequent month and the box will still be sent.

Can I gift the Pockies Family Membership to someone?
Yes, you can give the Pockies Family Membership for 3, 6 or 12 months to your family member or friend. You can go to our Gift page and add this to your cart.

Payment

When will my bank account be charged?
Your bank account will be charged every 24th of the month. If your bank balance isn’t sufficient, we will keep trying until you have worked hard enough to buy these beauties again. However, when it is not sufficient before the 1th of next month we can’t deliver the Pockies and your account will be paused.
The initial authorisation is executed by iDeal, Belfius Pay, creditcard, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking or KBC/CBC.
In the next phase, we will add the possibility to charge your creditcard.
How can I pay?
Your bank account will be charged by SEPA-incasso every 24th of the month. The initial authorisation is executed by iDeal, Bancontant, Belfius Pay, creditcard, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking or Giropay.
In the next phase, we will add the possibility to charge your creditcard.

How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping on all orders in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. In the new few months this we will also offer worldwide shipping.
